Font Pick for the Day

There are times when I get all crazy over a font.
I get that feeling of anxiousness when I see the name of it.
My fingers and toes get all tingly when I select it to use in a specific project.
I can only equate it to the feeling you get when you take that first bite of the perfect hot fudge sundae.

At the current moment I'm totally hooked on the Californian family of fonts, specifically Californian Middle-Roman Expert.

I'm captured by it's delicate serifs, and enraptured by its elegant design. I'm in awe of its varying styles which include a small caps version in bold and medium weights, along with an upper and lower case version in bold, medium, regular, and italic styles.

The Californian family of fonts have been my first choice for my straight type projects which require a little extra "flair" to set them apart from the standard Times New Roman.
